Az-Zukhruf 43:4

وَإِنَّهُ فِي أُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ ٤

Wainnahu fee ommi alkitabi ladayna laAAaliyyun hakeemun
