Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
We love Jesus. We honor him. We follow his true message. And we do not worship him.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the final messenger sent to guide humanity to truth, mercy, and worship of the One Creator. His life is an example of faith, humility, compassion, and devotion.
A mercy to the world
For over fourteen centuries, hearts have been drawn to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ not because he called people to himself, but because he called them to God. He came with a message that was clear, timeless, and deeply needed: worship God alone, turn away from falsehood, live with justice and mercy, and prepare to meet your Creator. He did not ask to be worshipped. He did not seek to replace God in people’s hearts. He came as a servant and messenger, guiding people toward the One who created them.
It was only as a mercy that We sent you [Prophet] to all people
وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

Who is Prophet Muhammad ﷺ?
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the final prophet sent by God for all humanity. He was born in Makkah and lived among his people as a man known for honesty, trustworthiness, and noble character long before revelation came to him.
At the age of forty, God chose him to receive revelation through the angel Jibreel. Through him, God sent the Qur’an as final guidance for mankind.
The Prophet ﷺ did not bring a new god or a new truth. He came with the same call brought by the prophets before him: Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and others, peace be upon them all. The message was always one: worship God alone, obey Him, and live a life of truth and righteousness.
"Say: I do not tell you that I possess the treasures of God, nor that I know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am an angel. I only follow what is revealed to me."
"Say, I am only a man like you. It has been revealed to me that your God is One God — so whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do righteous work and not associate anyone in the worship of his Lord."
What did he call humanity to?
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ called people to what the human soul has always needed.
He called people to know their Lord, to worship Him alone without partners, and to live with sincerity, humility, and moral clarity. He taught that this life is not without purpose, and that every soul will return to God.
His message transformed not only belief, but character, society, and the direction of human life.
Without partners, without intermediaries — direct, undivided
False attachments, invented beliefs, anything placed before God
Turn to God directly, every day, with full presence of heart
The poor, the weak, the forgotten — justice is part of faith
In all conditions — privately and publicly, in ease and hardship
The poor, the weak, the forgotten — justice is part of faith
The door is open as long as you are alive — do not wait
Every soul will stand before its Creator — let that orient your life
Why Muslims love Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
We love him because he showed us the way to God.
Because he delivered the truth
Faithfully, completely, without softening it for anyone — even when it cost him everything
Because he endured
Loss, rejection, betrayal, and grief — and remained steadfast, worshipful, and merciful through all of it
Because he showed us how
How to worship, speak, show mercy, and repent—he did not only teach, he lived it.
Because he cared
Deeply, genuinely — for people who rejected him, for the weak, for those no one else remembered
Because he never made himself the center
His entire life pointed beyond himself — to God. That is the clearest sign of a true messenger
We do not love him as a god, and we do not worship him. We love him as the beloved messenger of God — the one who guided us to what is pure, true, and life-giving.
A life marked by truth and mercy
Even before prophethood, he was known as trustworthy and truthful
And after revelation, those qualities only became more radiant. He forgave when others would have taken revenge. He remained humble when others would have become proud. He stayed constant in truth when others would have bent under pressure.
Truthful without compromise
Humble without weakness
Gentle without being passive
Strong without being harsh
Patient in hardship
Grateful in ease
Merciful in leadership
Just in judgment
When people study his life with fairness, they do not find a man building a cult around himself. They find a messenger whose life consistently pointed beyond himself to God.
What is the Prophet’s place in Islam?
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the messenger of God. He is not divine. He is not the son of God. He is a human being chosen by God.
لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ
la ilaha illa Allah, Muhammadan rasul Allah
There is no one worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
One of Islam’s most important truths is that we worship Allah alone, while following the Prophet ﷺ because Allah chose him as the final messenger for humanity.
Through the Qur’an and the Prophet’s example (Sunnah), we are shown how to live in a way that pleases our Creator—in worship, character, family, and our relationship with Allah.
To honor the Prophet ﷺ is not to worship him, but to love the one through whom Allah guided us and to follow the message he faithfully delivered.
Why is he the final messenger?
God sent many prophets throughout history, each calling people back to truth. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ came as the final messenger in that noble line.
With him, the message was completed. With the Qur’an, the final revelation was given and preserved. The call that began with the earliest prophets reached its completion through him.
His finality is not about tribal identity, geography, or ethnicity. It is about mercy for all people. His message is not limited to one nation. It is a call to all humanity to know God, worship Him alone, and live according to His guidance.
He came with the religion of all the prophets
One unbroken chain of guidance
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not come to separate people from Abraham, Moses, or Jesus, peace be upon them. He came confirming the truth they brought — and calling people back to the same pure worship of God.
This is why Islam teaches love and respect for all the prophets. We see Muhammad ﷺ as the final messenger in a single chain of guidance from the same Lord.
Why does his life still move people today?
Because truth has a light people recognize
People are drawn to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ because they see in him a rare harmony between message and character. He spoke the truth and lived it. He taught mercy and embodied it. He called to God and never made himself the center. His life was not sheltered from pain. He knew loss, rejection, struggle, betrayal, and responsibility. Yet through all of it, he remained steadfast, worshipful, merciful, and sincere.
He did not call people to himself. He called them to God.
That is why learning about him is not merely learning history. For many, it becomes the beginning of guidance.
