Back to full surahقُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادَةً ۖ قُلِ اللَّهُ ۖ شَهِيدٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ ۚ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ ۚ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَىٰ ۚ قُل لَّا أَشْهَدُ ۚ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ ١٩
Qul ayyu shayin akbaru shahadatan quli Allahu shaheedun baynee wabaynakum waoohiya ilayya hatha alquranu lionthirakum bihi waman balagha ainnakum latashhadoona anna maAAa Allahi alihatan okhra qul la ashhadu qul innama huwa ilahun wahidun wainnanee bareeon mimma tushrikoona
Inquire (of them): ‘Who is the greatest to bear testimony?’ Proclaim (yourself): ‘Allah is witness between you and me. This Qur’an has been revealed to me so that with it I may warn you as well as every such person this (Qur’an) may reach. Do you really bear witness that there are (also) gods other than Allah?’ Say: ‘I do not bear witness (to such a wrong thing).’ Reiterate: ‘God is but He, the Only One, and I despise (all) these objects you associate (with Allah).’ (6:19)
