وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ ١٨
Wahuwa alqahiru fawqa AAibadihi wahuwa alhakeemu alkhabeeru

And He is the One Who is Dominant over His servants and He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. (6:18)
