الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ ٩
Allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi waAllahu AAala kulli shayin shaheedun

“Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness.” (85:9)
