وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ ١١٧
Wama kana rabbuka liyuhlika alqura bithulmin waahluha muslihoona

Yet thy Lord would never destroy the cities unjustly, while as yet their people were putting things right. (11:117)
