لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ ١٠
La yarquboona fee muminin illan wala thimmatan waolaika humu almuAAtadoona
