لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ ١٠
La yarquboona fee muminin illan wala thimmatan waolaika humu almuAAtadoona

They have no regard for either a tie of kinship or a covenant in respect of a Muslim, and they are the people who have exceeded limits (in disobedience). (9:10)
