As-Sâffât 37:147

وَأَرْسَلْنَاهُ إِلَىٰ مِائَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ ١٤٧

Waarsalnahu ila miati alfin aw yazeedoona

And We sent him towards (the people of Nineveh in the land of Mosul,) a population of a hundred thousand or more. (37:147)
