فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يَنفَعُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ ٥٧
Fayawmaithin la yanfaAAu allatheena thalamoo maAAthiratuhum wala hum yustaAAtaboona

So on that Day, the excuse of the wrongdoers will not be of any benefit to them, nor will they be asked to please (Allah). (30:57)
