يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ ٣٩
Yamhoo Allahu ma yashao wayuthbitu waAAindahu ommu alkitabi

God blots out, and He establishes whatsoever He will; and with Him is the Essence of the Book. (13:39)
