وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنكُمْ فَآذُوهُمَا ۖ فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا ١٦
Waallathani yatiyaniha minkum faathoohuma fain taba waaslaha faaAAridoo AAanhuma inna Allaha kana tawwaban raheeman

And the two persons who commit adultery from amongst you, punish them both. Then, if they repent and mend (their) ways, refrain from punishing them. Indeed, Allah is Most Forgiving, Ever-Merciful. (4:16)
