قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ١

Say: ’I take refuge with the Lord of men,

مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ٢

the King of men,

إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ ٣

the God of men,

مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ٤

from the evil of the slinking whisperer

الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ٥

who whispers in the breasts of men

مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ ٦

of jinn and men.’
