إِنَّهُ مِن سُلَيْمَانَ وَإِنَّهُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ٣٠
Innahu min sulaymana wainnahu bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi

It is from Solomon, and it is "In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate. (27:30)
