وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فَإِلَيْهِ تَجْأَرُونَ ٥٣
Wama bikum min niAAmatin famina Allahi thumma itha massakumu alddurru failayhi tajaroona

Whatsoever blessing you have, it comes from God; then when affliction visits you it is unto Him that you groan. (16:53)
