أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لَّا يَخْلُقُ ۗ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ١٧

Can the Creator, Who creates (all that), be like the one who cannot create (anything)? Do you not then accept advice? (16:17)
