وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ عَلَىٰ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ ١٢
Wafajjarna alarda AAuyoonan failtaqa almao AAala amrin qad qudira

And We burst springs from the earth. So the water (of the earth and the heaven) collected for the same purpose that had been decreed already (for their destruction). (54:12)
