فَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ زُبُرًا ۖ كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ ٥٣
FataqattaAAoo amrahum baynahum zuburan kullu hizbin bima ladayhim farihoona

But they broke the command of their din (religion) into sects by disagreeing amongst themselves. Each sect is pleased with that much (portion of din [religion]) which they have. (23:53)
