وَلْيَحْكُمْ أَهْلُ الْإِنجِيلِ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ ۚ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ ٤٧
Walyahkum ahlu alinjeeli bima anzala Allahu feehi waman lam yahkum bima anzala Allahu faolaika humu alfasiqoona

And the People of the Injil ([the Gospel] too) are required to judge in accordance with that (commandment) which Allah has sent down in it. And he who does not judge (and run the state) complying with the commandments Allah has revealed, it is they who are unruly and wicked. (5:47)
