قَالَ أَمَّا مَن ظَلَمَ فَسَوْفَ نُعَذِّبُهُ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِ فَيُعَذِّبُهُ عَذَابًا نُّكْرًا ٨٧
Qala amma man thalama fasawfa nuAAaththibuhu thumma yuraddu ila rabbihi fayuAAaththibuhu AAathaban nukran

Dhu al-Qarnayn said: ‘Whoever perpetrates injustice (by way of disbelief and mischief-mongering), we will certainly punish him. He will then be brought back to his Lord. And then He will award him most grievous punishment. (18:87)
