إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ سَبَبًا ٨٤
Inna makkanna lahu fee alardi waataynahu min kulli shayin sababan

(In ancient times) We did grant him power in the land and blessed (his rule) with all the means and resources. (18:84)
