يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ ٧٤
Yakhtassu birahmatihi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi

He specifies His mercy for whom He wills and Allah is the Lord of Infinite Bounty.’ (3:74)
