وَلِتَصْغَىٰ إِلَيْهِ أَفْئِدَةُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ وَلِيَرْضَوْهُ وَلِيَقْتَرِفُوا مَا هُم مُّقْتَرِفُونَ ١١٣

And (its) purpose is that the hearts of the people who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to this (deceit), and that they may develop fondness for it, and (also) that they may begin to do (the evil deeds) which they are themselves (perpetrating). (6:113)
