As-Sajdah 32:11

۞ قُلْ يَتَوَفَّاكُم مَّلَكُ الْمَوْتِ الَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ ١١

Qul yatawaffakum malaku almawti allathee wukkila bikum thumma ila rabbikum turjaAAoona
