Al-Furqân 25:67

وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا ٦٧

Waallatheena itha anfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalika qawaman

“And those who, when they spend, are neither prodigal nor grudging; and there is ever a firm station between the two;” (25:67)
